I have had multiple negative experiences with Michelle Sterling at the front desk. My husband and I have both visited this office several times, and every single time our experience with her has been the same. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic courtesy. She does not greet patients when they arrive, is not welcoming, and makes even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. Instead of helping patients, she seems to create obstacles and has a negative attitude during every interaction. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future patients receive the level of care and customer service they deserve.

I went here because my normal primary care doctor was unavailable and I was having throat issues and needed to be seen ASAP per the front desk associate when I called to schedule an appointment. I saw Doctor Sarah Covey, not only did I get charged $50 for a visit where she did nothing but look at my throat. She failed to give me the proper medicine when I presented serious tonsil issue( she did not prescribe me any medicine at my appointment but commented on how swollen and red my throat was, she stated she felt bad for me). I was in serious pain and I expressed this to her. After my appointment and I felt better a few days later the symptoms came back. Therefore, I had to go to another Doctor at another facility who proceeded to prescribe me medicine and helped me remove the issue to prevent infection and further discomfort. Why could Dr. Covey not do this? Because I was not treated the first time I saw her, the symptoms and issues came back full force. I had to pay another $50 for another doctor to prescribe me medicine that I needed in the first place. Please just do better. I wasn’t asking for too much. She could see I was in a lot of pain. She could see the symptoms, please do

I have been going to Eastside for many, many years and it would take a lot for me to change providers. They are kind, attentive and make sure all my needs are met. I have never felt such kindness before.

HORRIBLE PLACE! They charged us $651.00 for a standard, first time office visit, where my daughter was supposed to see a Dr but saw a nurse instead, and for about 15 minutes total. This woman was uncaring, uneducated and unhelpful. When my daughter brought up the medication Dupixent she used to use for eczema, she said "I've never heard of it". When my daughter explained her symptoms of ongoing issues she's battled for years, the nurse told her it was probably just something she ate (she has since been diagnosed with Crohn's disease). After calling the office about the incredibly high amount submitted to insurance, we were told it was coded as a visit with a DOCTOR for 45 minutes or more. They are scamming people and submitting fraudulent claims to insurance companies to get higher payouts. Even our insurance company said this amount was triple what it should've been and should definitely be investigated for fraud. I will be filing a claim against them with the FL insurance board to prompt an investigation into their billing practices. This office is filled with people that are only out for money, they do not care about your health or helping you with it.

Dr. Milani is a great doctor there. Concerned with your health and longevity nice clean facility. Has a dentist office inside sharing the facility excellent service
